Call For Pricing In a real estate transaction, the indication for installing mitigation is a test of 4pCi/L or higher. The lower the radon level (expressed as pCi/L) the better and healthier your home’s environment will be. Some private owners with levels between 2 - 4pCi/L will want to pursue mitigation as a means to get the lowest result possible. The long standing convention is that any level below 4pCi/L is acceptable, and mitigation should achieve this result or lower. Only recently has the suggestion been made that using mitigation to further reduce the level may be a good investment in your family’s health. |
